Conflict of Interest

Employees are expected to use their judgment to act at all times and in all ways, in the best interest of Enaibelibel Transporters and of our clients.

An employee must not influence any business decisions in favour of a family member or relative.

Employees may not be influenced by gifts or use their position or office to receive any form of appreciation of outside the business.

Discrimination and Harassment

Enaibelibel Transporters provides equal opportunity in all aspects of employment and will not tolerate any illegal discrimination or harassment of any kind. Violence and threatening behavior are not permitted.

Health and Safety

We provide a clean, safe and healthy work environment.  Each employee has a responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, proceedings, injuries and unsafe conditions, procedures or/and behaviors.

Financial Integrity

Our records, books, accounts and financial statements must be maintained in appropriate detail, must reflect the company’s transactions and must confirm both to applicable laws and to company’s systems of internal control.

All employees should cooperate with the designed procedures and under no circumstances should an individual demand personal payment from a client in order to offer any service.

Legal Compliance

At Enaibelibel Transporters, we comply with laws, rules and regulations governing the nation in the every way, and especially in the transport industry.

Employees are expected to comply with such laws and regulations.  We also study closely laws and regulations of other countries where we visit, especially their requirements and laws governing the transport sector.  Employees visiting such countries on business trips are expected to adhere to the same while in the various countries.
